As the Software Engineer, Innersource & Reference Implementations, you will be contributing to our common reference implementations of engineering standards and to our Innersource frameworks and projects.

You will be expected to have full stack experience, with knowledge of web and mobile and familiar with multiple programming languages.

The ETGS Software Engineering Excellence COE is responsible for building and sustaining a culture of engineering perfection.

The mission of the COE is engineering excellence across the engineering community with focus areas on engineering effectiveness, engineering enablement, measurement and maturity, engineering innovation and engineering culture and craft.

The COE provides a set of core advisory capabilities, builds an engineering community and engineers solutions to meet the broad needs of the engineering population.
