About the Role:

Join our team of Lead Teachers at The Learning Experience who are not just educators but ambassadors of happiness. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for setting the academic foundation for children, ensuring excellence in their learning journey. Your role will involve:

  • Educational Leader: Guide and mentor other educators in early education.
  • Innate Educator: Commitment to the developmental needs of children.
  • Passion for Impact: Advocate for children's developmental needs and happiness.
  • Growth Mindset: Believe in the potential of every child and instill a love for learning.
Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Leadership: Create a stimulating environment for children to play and learn.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Bring to life the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum for different age groups.
  • Safety First: Prioritize a safe and nurturing environment for children's development.
  • Family Communication: Update parents on their child's progress and milestones regularly.
  • Center Collaboration: Collaborate with staff to drive retention and engagement goals.
  • Relationship Builder: Foster warm relationships with families and colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Meet state guidelines with a High School Diploma/GED.
  • Experience: Extended childcare experience with a passion for early education.
  • State Compliance: Adhere to state and federal guidelines for the role.
Caregiving Skills:
  • Identify and address risks in a childcare setting.
  • Ensure children's needs are met, encourage good social skills, and engage them in activities.
  • Display composure, patience, and professionalism at all times.
Physical Resilience:
  • Demonstrate physical capabilities to engage with children and maintain alertness.

Work Location: In person at the Gilbert, AZ 85234 center. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Ability to Relocate: Required to relocate before starting work.
