MennoHaven is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our team The primary purpose ofthis position is record keeping and processing payroll. Some otherresponsibilities include :
  • Bi-weekly processing of payroll
  • Assist with maintaining, adding, and terminating employeedata in applicable payroll system
  • Process all related payroll reports including month wagehour reports, bi-weekly PTO/STD reports and monthly F.T.E. report for Board ofDirectors
  • Assist with preparation of reports for regulatoryrequirements and compliance
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in payroll
  • Data processing skills
  • Typing speed of 50-60 words per minute
  • Accuracy in typing and record keeping
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
