  • Provides support to the Unit Director to provide excellent customer service to our corporate client.

Key Responsibilities:

Directly manage in-house or 3rd party hard & soft service providers including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, HVAC, architectural, plumbing, janitorial, trash & recycling, waste management, pest control, and mail/package delivery.

Oversee the team that provides mail/shipping and audio-visual support.

Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our plete all associated PMS dedicated to the hard and soft service work centers; ensure worldclass KPI's/OPI's.


Job Summary Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Client services budget development and oversight. Provide financial reporting asrequired.
Assist in vendor contract development and procure goods and services through Compass and Clientsystems.
Manage requisitions, P.O.'s, and receipt invoices upon delivery or completion of work.
Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalismand customer service focus.
Work closely with the site Unit Director on day-to-day operations and planning the facilities team's goalsand objectives.
Ensure appropriate follow-up with customers.
Seek to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.
Any and all other tasks and duties assigned.
Establishes work standards and workflow.
Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises functions and activities of the department.
Evaluates and justify supplies, equipment and purchases as needed.
Maintains records and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.
Establishes and implements policies and procedures for departmental operations.
Encourages and nurtures associate creativity and innovation within the ESFM IFM program.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies.
Demonstrates and promotes ESFM IFM culture, values and management philosophy.
Demonstrates quality leadership in meeting performances plans.
Develops and maintains job descriptions for department staff.
Encourages staff to participate in education programs.

Ensures proper staffing for within all Departments (O&M, Janitorial, Conference Services, Mail Services).Communicate and ensure all employees are aware of any/all site objectives and plans.

Acts as liaison for customer needs.
Attend Monthly Safety meetings conducted by HSSE and or client SH&E.Responsible for reporting on specific monthly Safety Reports.
Maintains all Safety requirements for Staff members.
Participant at the monthly regional safety meeting.

Manage the quality process as it relates to Business Support Services and set targets for qualityimprovementMeasure customer satisfaction and implement action plans for areas below standardManage small projects, as needed.

Develop reports and presentations; in support of quarterly and annual business reviews.

Create an environment of innovations and continuous improvement targeted toward improved servicelevels, sustainability and increased efficiency within Business Support Services.

Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid understanding of facilities management to include O&M, A/V, janitorial, mail, pest control, wastemanagement, vendor management service delivery while managing demanding clientele.

Minimum of 5 years facilities services industry experience.
Strong management and organizational skillsAbility to manage stressful situations in a calm, courteous, and efficient manner.
Client relations and customer service oriented.
Team leadership abilities; staffing, recruiting, development and relations.
Planning, organization & system know-how.
Strong IT skills
