Director of Quality

Join our team at The Marley Company, a leading provider of administrative support to SPX Enterprises HVAC Heating businesses. As the Director of Quality, you will play a crucial role in overseeing quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and product specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement a comprehensive quality management system
  • Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and targets
  • Conduct audits and assessments
  • Investigate and address quality issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Mentor quality professionals
  • Participate in departmental projects

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of quality assurance leadership experience
  • Knowledge of quality management principles
  • Experience in audits and corrective actions
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Certification in quality management preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
