This is an advanced social marketing position that requires social media marketing management, Content Creating and Advertising (Photo and Video), Influencer Management, Email Marketing, Tiktok, Instagram / Facebook, YouTube, etc.

This position is responsible for achieving company branding goals by bringing sufficient qualified social media traffic from followers and engagement increase through social marketing campaigns on Tiktok, Instagram / Facebook, Youtube and other mainstream social media.


Responsibilities:
Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brandWorking with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaignsDevelop and oversee a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's values and objectivesContinuously evaluate and adapt the strategy to stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscapeManage and inspire a team of social media and content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring to ensure the highest quality of workManage and optimize our presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTubeSetting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIsPrepare monthly, quarterly, yearly Social Media Marketing Reports to the company to indicate completed tasks, follower, engagement and traffic data, brand and marketing status, trends, demands, etc

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior-level social media and content role, with a focus on TikTokProven experience in video and photo content creation, with a portfolio showcasing relevant workStrong understanding of social media algorithms, advertising, and digital marketing trendsCreative and good communication skillsProficiency in social media management tools and analytics platformsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesAn eye for good design and can create ad concepts quickly leveraging basic design thinking (note: graphics and video design experience is not required but is considered a plus)
