Service Sales Representative

ATS Scientific Products is searching for a Service Sales Representative to join our growing team

As Service Sales Representative, you'll work remote selling service contracts and collaborating closely with our Customer Care team members, Service Managers and Sales Representatives to support pro-active dialogue and customer contact. This is a key position responsible for the selling of new Contract and Service Products Sales, for both current accounts and finding new accounts and relationships for the different brands within Scientific Products for both the US and ROW.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quoting new contract and product sales for both new and existing customers. Lead generation, verbal and direct email communications, and performing other lead generation activities. Monthly reporting of bookings, quoting renewals and possible new opportunities. Ensure customer satisfaction with response time and accuracy. CRM & Syspro entry and clean up for all customer communication and quotes/contract sales. Internal communication and relations with Service & Customer support to ensure customer satisfaction. Accurate sales forecasting weekly. Utilize available CRM tools to research accounts and detect new business opportunities. Define and report KPIs to measure initiatives' success (renewal rates, etc.). Partnerships with other company stakeholders to implement continuous improvement in sales process. Support strategic initiatives for Service Sales development. Team Kaizens to improve and implement new processes and new sales opportunities. Work with Customer Service and Delivery – Operations to identify and support the implementation of new outbound Service initiatives. Visiting customers for significant quotation values and key accounts possibly 1-2 times per year.

Previous Sales & quoting experience. Excellent computer and communication skills on and off camera (Teams). Be knowledgeable about the product, willingness to attend training courses and watch training product videos as available and requested. Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion. Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs. Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems. Answer questions about the products. Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors. Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships. Technical & communication sales skills. Proven experience in customer service communication and relationships. Experience with relevant software applications as applicable. Basic Sales mathematical skills

EDUCATION:

Bachelors Degree or relevant experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work environment hybrid/remote, team player. Must be able to work onsite as needed with one day prior notice. Traveling may be required occasionally for significant quotation values and key accounts.

Work is normally performed in both the office and the shop. The office environment is an interior office with air conditioning. The shop contains mobile equipment, machinery, and high voltages. The shop noise level is variable and may require hearing protection in some areas. The shop is heated when required but many areas are not air conditioned. Some shop processes use high voltage arcs or concentrated magnetic fields. The shop contains open flames and caustic chemicals. Some areas of the shop may be designated as hard hat zones.

Salary Range: $63/K - $70/K
