Pay: Starting at $19-$23/hr (pay based on experience)

Hours:

• Monday-Thursday daytime schedule, Fridays if needed. Evenings and weekends are for your family and friends

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• A valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Dependability is a must
• 2-3 years construction/fence experience

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (typically up to 80 lbs)
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Experience in construction and carpentry or willing to learn
• Knowledge of frame carpentry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Effective organizational, time management and planning skills
• Consistently work at a productive pace
• Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
