Our Providers for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery offer specialized care for complex conditions requiring reconstructive medicine. Our team delivers high-quality care, surgery, and treatment for patients dealing with various conditions such as:
  • Breast cancer
  • Gynecological cancer
  • Skin cancer
  • Colorectal cancer
  • Trauma wounds
  • Breast wounds
  • Radiation injuries
  • Debilitating panniculus
  • Abdominal wounds
  • Hernias and fistulas
  • Chest and trunk wounds
  • Facial fractures

Join us as a Registered Nurse and collaborate closely with our providers to review care plans, offer patient education, and assist with clinic procedures.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (8-hour days)

POSITION SUMMARY
This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients, following organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards. The position ensures the delivery of high-quality nursing services and utilizes specialized knowledge and skills to provide appropriate care to patients of all ages.

CORE FUNCTIONS

  • Assesses patient needs comprehensively
  • Formulates individualized care plans
  • Implements and supervises the plan of care
  • Evaluates patient response and revises care plans as necessary
  • Documents patient care accurately and timely
  • Applies evidence-based care practices
  • Supports education and growth initiatives
  • Contributes to improving patient outcomes
  • May supervise department staff
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must hold a current, valid RN license, BLS certification, and meet continuing education requirements. Previous clinical experience in the relevant area is preferred. Home Health team members must be able to operate a personal vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and professional certification are desired. Additional related education and experience are a plus.
