With our multi-professional team of psychosocial and psychological employees at our branch in Oldenburg, we offer measures for labor market participation for people with pre-existing mental illnesses at our Vocational Training Center.

A glimpse into your area of responsibility:

  • You are responsible for group seminars from preparation to implementation and evaluation, and teach commercial and cross-professional topics such as job application training, cultural techniques, or computer skills.
  • You support our rehabilitants in their individual career planning.
  • You conduct performance assessments, e.g., regarding resilience or professional skills.
  • You document and write reports on the development of rehabilitants or absences.
  • You are in close exchange with your team and participate in team meetings, supervision, case discussions, etc.

What you bring:

  • Completed vocational training in the commercialadministrative field, e.g., office management clerk, administrative assistant, or comparable qualification.
  • Instructor's license (AEVO) and the ability to teach
