Summary About the position:
This position will be assigned to the Fourth Cliff Recreational Area. This position will be filled as a flexible position.
Flexible employment is based on the needs of the activity and schedule may vary between 0 and 40 hours per week.
Schedule may also include occasional evening and weekend hours based on squadron/program requirements. Applications will be reviewed bi-weekly until close of this announcement.Responsibilities Performs and or/assists other recreation assistants or specialists in the operation and maintenance of outdoor recreational facilities and equipment to assure safe condition and cleanliness.
Performs minor repairs and adjustments. Issues and collects recreational rental equipment. Collects, safeguards and deposits fees received from customers. Assists in conducting inventories, maintains records. As necessary demonstrates basic techniques used and ensures that safety rules are adhered to.If interested in applying for this position you may preview the online application:

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
This is an entry level position and no minimum qualifications are required. Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does allow for education substitution.
FOREIGN EDUCATION:
Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S.
education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying. Additional Information Individual must fully meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. A probationary period may be required.
