Manufacturing Production Prep Worker

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
- Safe operation of hand and power tools to assist in the production process.
- Inspect products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production line.
- Actively follow all safety and health standards to keep workspace accidentfree, identify and communicate any safety risks or concerns.
- Communicate with the Door Line Supervisor and experienced production team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn new skills
- Follow all Harden policies and procedures regarding safety and quality.
- Complete all necessary process documentation as required.
- Work well within a team environment.

Physical Environment:
Functions in a live production environment a majority of the time.

May need to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion. Excellent vision skills (with or without correction) are required.
