Leading Freight Forwarder is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join the HR department.

The HR Generalist will provide human resource support when it comes to internal investigations/incidents, project management, onboarding new employees, recruitment efforts, etc.


Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (ON-SITE)

Responsibilities:
Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projectionsGenerating official internal documentsCreating onboarding plans and educating new hires on HR policies, internal procedures and regulationsMaintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance recordsCreating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activitiesCollaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authoritiesEvaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordinglyTaking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievancesRequirements:2+ years experience with Microsoft Excel and utilizing formulas2+ years experience in Human Resources2+ years experience with Sharepoint and ADPSpanish is a PLUSBachelors Degree in HR is a PLUS#COR1#J-18808-Ljbffr
