What you'll do...

This role reports to Marc Richardson, Senior Product Group Manager for Customer Journey, Integrated Services at Ford Motor Company supporting all markets globally (over 60+ countries), this includes account, registration, profile, connectivity, and messaging.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining strategy, managing a portfolio of products, enhancing existing and new customer experiences to drive meaningful improvements across the enterprise, managing product managers, analyzing data, coordinating with engineers, designers, and product managers to fulfill the vision.

The ideal candidate will also be customer-obsessed, will have an ability to operate strategically, deliberately, and work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.

This ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in customer identity, taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment.

Own the strategy for your product area, defining your vision, goals, and investments.

Align stakeholders on the value of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) to improve customer acquisition and retention across customers experiences.

Collaborate on Multi-year Customer Journey product strategy for Ford Motor Company.
Develop new product pitches and requirements and translating into high quality product roadmaps.

Coordinate a large diverse team of product managers, design & cross-functional product leaders to innovate new and enhance existing products to drive your vision.

Manage a diverse roadmap and making tradeoff decisions between investments across multiple years.
Analyze data and perform sophisticated analytical exercises to determine next best capabilities for our customers.
Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of internal processes and product development mechanisms to increase throughput.
Managing weekly, and monthly product/business reporting

Bachelor's degree or combination of education and equivalent experience.
5+ years of Product Management experience.
5+ years experience using customer behavior analytics to drive feature delivery, tradeoff decisions.
5+ years of experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
5+ years of experience managing a complex backlog with many global stakeholders.
3+ years of experience with Customer Identity and Access Management across multiple channels.
3+ years of experience with end-to-end product delivery.
3+ years of experience in front-end customer experience products.

2+ years experience with NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology, CSF (Cybersecurity Framework), IETF OAUTH2 (Industry Standard Protocol for Authorization) and ISMS (Information Security Management System).

MBA or equivalent.
Diverse experience with a variety of technologies including cloud, mobile, web, Multifactor Authentication, and Identity Providers.
Experience working with global, multi-lingual products shared by many stakeholders around the globe.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, ability to impact outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership.
Excellent business judgment and demonstrated ability to think and act both strategically and tactically.
Self-starter who is customer obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player.
A proven track record of setting and exceeding aggressive goals.
Ability to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations.
