Key Responsibilities

Your Playbook:

Parts Inventory Management:
Take the wheel in overseeing the procurement, organization, and lightning-fast distribution of heavy equipment parts. Maintain optimal inventory levels to keep our machines running smoothly.

Vendor Relationships:
Be the pit crew chief and build turbocharged relationships with parts suppliers and vendors. Negotiate lightning-speed terms and ensure on-time deliveries.

Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire our pit crew a team of parts specialists and coordinators. Together, we'll race to victory with a well-oiled parts department.

Quality Control:
Keep our parts in pole position. Maintain the highest standards for quality and make sure they zoom past industry regulations and customer expectations.

Parts Sales and Customer Service:
Shift gears and collaborate with the sales team to provide expert parts solutions. Leave no inquiry unaddressed, and ensure customers are cheering in the winner's circle.

Cost Management:
Keep an eye on the track. Monitor parts department expenses and budget, finding every shortcut to save resources without sacrificing quality.

Inventory Analytics:
Analyze the track data. Identify trends, optimize pit stops, and eliminate waste for maximum efficiency.

Safety Compliance at Full Throttle:

Lead the charge in promoting and enforcing safety protocols and best practices in the parts department, always keeping our team's well-being front and center.

Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Rich experience in Material

Handling/Parts/Service

Management or similar fields (highly preferred).
5+ years of fuel-injected knowledge of heavy equipment parts, suppliers, and industry trends.
Valid driver's license (essential).
Clean record, background check, and drug screen.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Communication skills that can outpace a Formula 1 car.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
Commitment to industry standards and safety.
