What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handling the production and delivery of marketing materials for the Southern division.
  • Creating a diverse range of personalized national and local Point-of-Sale/Signage according to specific orders and schedules, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Addressing printing requirements for the division to guarantee materials align with design, quality, and time expectations set by Sector and Division Brand Marketing.
  • Managing overall printing processes tailored to division needs.
  • Monitoring order progress, production schedules, and fulfillment operations in line with brand and design guidelines.
  • Tracking, overseeing, and reporting on production schedules with swift turnaround times.
  • Cultivating and sustaining relationships with approved vendors for equipment upkeep and supplies.
  • Ordering and managing inventory of in-house materials and supplies.
  • Completing necessary procedures on the collective website platform.
  • Supervising the Operational budget overseen by the Division ASM.
  • Providing support, tracking, and reporting on potential risks.
  • Demonstrating an understanding of technical/mechanical art requirements for print/web applications.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and effectively interacting with colleagues of all levels and functions.
  • Excellent project management capabilities to handle multiple tasks with tight timelines while ensuring quality outcomes and managing expectations.

Your Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in project management, graphic design, or similar field.
  • If no degree or certification, 3 to 5 years of related work experience will be taken into account.
  • Familiarity with the geographical region of the Southern division is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) with practical experience being a bonus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and platforms like Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Capable of:
    • Handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with frequent tight deadlines.
    • Working independently and staying focused with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Desired Attributes:
    • Having a mindset geared towards Project Management and confidently expressing expectations.
    • Experience in managing budget expectations and assessing risks.
    • Familiarity with print terminology, substrates, and file formats.
    • Enthusiasm for enhancing existing processes to achieve greater speed, efficiency, and quality.
