Responsibilities

  • H&S Data Administration
    • Examine H&S data to detect trends, patterns, and connections at project, business unit, and corporate levels
    • Act as Administrator for H&S software
    • Supervise data entry into H&S software, control access rights and data accuracy
    • Perform regular checks on H&S data to ensure precision and adherence to policies
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Promptly raise any emerging trends or indicators that could lead to accidents or incidents
    • Generate frequent reports, dashboards, and presentations on safety metrics for important internal and external stakeholders.
    • Work closely with diverse teams, such as safety experts, operations, legal, and risk management, to grasp data needs and priorities.
    • Spot chances for enhancing processes and reducing risks based on trends.
  • OSHA/State OSHA
    • Update OSHA safety records - monitor the submission of all site safety reports, injuries, and illnesses to regulatory bodies.
    • Gather yearly data for worksites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Sharp analytical abilities to interpret intricate data and recognize trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
