Job Summary:


An Operations Program Analyst assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, customer requirements and satisfaction goals and objectives.

This role develops mechanisms for monitoring program progress and for interventions and problem solving with program managers, operations managers, and customers.

Constant communication and providing status and updates on program progress and performance as it relates to cost, quality and schedule is critical.

It requires working closely with operations, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, finance and management, and the customer both internal and external.


Qualifications You Must Have:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM with a preferred major in Mechanical engineering.

This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.

government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:


Prior internship experience in an area of manufacturingGPA of 3.0 or higherBA in Mechanical engineering is preferredLocation:Fort Bliss, TXEmployees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.

This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
