First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant Lead to join our BankCard Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operations of the BankCard customer service team.

This role is responsible for ensuring all calls, digital and physical correspondence, and Digital One caseload are processed within department SLA's.

Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (hours may vary)

Compensation:
The hourly salary range for this role is $ $27.00/hour; commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree in communications or a business-related field preferred. 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably in a call center environment required. 3+ years of experience in customer service in an operations role preferred. Banking experience preferred. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and handle customer issues effectively and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills required. Able to handle confidential matters judiciously. Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite of applications.

Proficiency in basic computer programs and able to operate office equipment including but not limited to fax, scanner, typewriters, copier etc.

Able to type a minimum of 35 wpm and use a 10-key by touch. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines to completion in a timely manner with quality results. Highly motivated and able to work independently and as a team. Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy as needed to create quality deliverables. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
