The preferred location(s) for this position is Houston, Texas or Herndon, Virginia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluate the Field Service demand during the year and define appropriate actions to address the need.
Development of your team competencies as required to address current and future needs.
Ensure that the team is utilized effectively, having the right people in the right place at the right time.
Foster strategic relationships with institutes of learning to attract and develop talent.
Manage and maintain internal and external relationships, focused on achieving company targets.
Facilitate good collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the delivery chain (Agreement, Lifecycle Support, Sales Support, Technical Support).Contribute to the annual budget preparation, and service forecast evaluations.
Set the individual performance and development targets of your team.Desired EducationBachelor's degree in engineering or similar qualifications or experienceDesired Skills and ExperienceA minimum of 3 years managerial or leadership experience or actual Battery Energy Storage Systems Field Service experienceKnowledge of the Field Service processBe proficient with process tools such as SalesForce (CRM), Qlikview and FS MobilityAs an ideal candidate, we expect you to have:
