The position entails leading a Quality Program Team within the Undersea Warfare market segment. Responsibilities include ensuring program compliance, leading the team through program execution, and serving as the primary Quality interface.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall responsibility for program compliance and implementation of the quality management system.
- Key interface for Quality with customers.
- Perform Contract Review and generate a Quality Assurance Plan.
- Proactively identify and mitigate issues.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
