The position entails leading a Quality Program Team within the Undersea Warfare market segment. Responsibilities include ensuring program compliance, leading the team through program execution, and serving as the primary Quality interface.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overall responsibility for program compliance and implementation of the quality management system.
  • Key interface for Quality with customers.
  • Perform Contract Review and generate a Quality Assurance Plan.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate issues.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
