This hotel is situated within the vibrant Ballpark Village Live complex, providing guests with authentic, locally crafted Loews experiences. Featuring 216 guestrooms, 17,000 square feet of event space, and various dining options, including an appealing outdoor lounge and a Bourbon Bar.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing Security Office, Employee Entrance, and Patrol operations following established protocols
  • Monitoring and controlling access to the facility, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
  • Inspecting packages entering and exiting the premises
  • Documenting all security-related issues and provided assistance
  • Enforcing hotel rules and regulations
  • Responding to guest and employee incidents
  • Operating departmental vehicles and assisting in various tasks as needed
  • Answering department phone lines promptly and professionally
  • And other assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Minimum two years of Security department experience at a similar quality property
  • CPR certification
  • Knowledge of hotel operations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
