Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Security Officer to join our team at Spectrum. As a Physical Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of individuals, property, and sensitive information within our corporate campuses and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol the premises to maintain a secure work environment
- Monitor access control systems and cameras to detect and prevent security breaches
- Screen deliveries and respond to critical incidents as per established protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, guests, and vendors
- Gain expertise in Spectrum's security platforms and technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to use office software and computer skills
- Ability to operate a radio, telephone, and cellular phone with associated applications
- Ability to learn Spectrum's access control systems, guard tour platform, video systems, and other security-related technology
- Security certification
- Customer service experience in the retail or hospitality sector
- Graduate of a law enforcement training academy
