How You Will Create an Impact

The Aide starts each day with a fervent dedication to caring for patients individually, guiding them towards their health objectives. In this role, you will establish the standard for the level of care our patients should receive from VitalCaring. Your devotion to your calling is recognized through the profound relationships you establish with patients and the adaptable schedule that promotes a harmonious work-life equilibrium.
As the Aide, your responsibilities include:
- Work collaboratively with the RN to execute the designated patient-specific Aide care plan
- Collaborate with the care team as an extension of nursing or therapy services to ensure all patient needs are met comprehensively
- Provide hands-on personal care and supportive services to aid in safe transfers and ambulation
- Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our Electronic Medical Record system
- Foster a culture of caring through individual responsibility and teamwork

Qualifications to Support our Mission:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- State licensure or completion of a competency evaluation program, valid state driver's license and auto liability insurance
- One year of experience as a Home Health or Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, or home health agency. Previous experience in home health is advantageous
