Position Description: Occupational Safety & Health

Join our team as an Occupational Safety & Health Professional supporting Commonwealth agencies within the public safety sector. This position works with the Office of Administration, partnering with agencies like the Department of Corrections, State Police, and Pennsylvania Parole Board.
Responsibilities:
- Manage safety professionals and ensure agency needs are met
- Develop and deliver health and safety training
- Conduct assessments and audits for compliance
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations
- Support injury/illness prevention and safety compliance
- Provide on-site health and safety support
- Collaborate in a team environment and adapt to client needs
- Go to the office in Harrisburg, PA once a month and meet with team across PA
Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field, or PA L&I BWC AIPP Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of occupational safety experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to pass background checks for access into Correctional and State Police facilities
