JOB DESCRIPTION AT TOI:

The Total Rewards Analyst plays a vital role in supporting key initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent within TOI. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, this position involves providing analytical support for the design, implementation, and upkeep of compensation structures, as well as managing benefits and wellness programs. The candidate will handle daily operational requirements, address inquiries from colleagues, and contribute to Total Rewards and HRIS projects.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administer Total Rewards programs including health, wellness, time off, retirement, base pay, and various incentives.
  • Establish consistent guidelines for managing job descriptions, job evaluations, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Conduct audits for minimum wage updates and recommend adjustments to the Total Rewards Director.
  • Assist in creating and managing base and variable pay programs.
  • Participate in annual compensation processes such as merit reviews, incentives, and salary surveys.
  • Ensure data integrity and efficiency through audits and process improvements.
  • Support teammates with inquiries and issues related to Total Rewards programs.
  • Contribute to compensation and benefits communications and training materials.
  • Manage vendor activities and assist in benefits administration.
  • Coordinate leave of absence cases and benefits renewal processes.
  • Help with compliance reporting and provide HRIS and payroll support.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Technical and analytical proficiency.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of job classification, FLSA, and employment laws.
  • Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Flexibility in adapting to various styles and approaches.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' progressive compensation experience, with benefits experience being a plus.
  • Experience with Payroll/HCM and Compensation systems (e.g., ADP and Cornerstone), healthcare industry exposure preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

This role requires prolonged periods of desk work, computer usage, and occasional phone interactions. Additionally, may involve lifting up to 20 pounds for office supplies or equipment.
