Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Trust and Estates Legal Administrative Assistant .
Full time - Direct Hire

Job/ Shift Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

As a Legal Administrative Assistant , you will:
Provide legal and non-legal administrative support to attorneys and paralegals.
Interface with clients, administrative agencies, and court personnel.
E-file documents and coordinate paper filings of documents
Complete time entry and billing to ensure accurate payment.
Coordinate meetings including in-person, virtual and conference calls.

Complete a wide range of administrative tasks that facilitate the attorney's ability to effectively service internal and external clients.

anticipate needs in advance of meetings, phone calls, etc.
Prior work experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant required
Prior experience working in Trust & Estates required
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration Pay Range*: $25- $29 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
