The position requires the individual to be comfortable in a fast­ paced work environment. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or one (1+) plus years experience working in a college setting.Detailed orientedPossess excellent organizational skillsTime management skillsHave the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population, including students, faculty and staff campus wide.Possess technical expertise in Excel and various assistive technologies and blackboard desired. Experience in Higher Education, working with students with disabilities and accommodated exam administration. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of exam administration area within the Center for Disability Resources. This includes meeting with students regarding implementation of exam services policies and procedures, overseeing exam preparation, ensuring the timely implementation of exam accommodations, ensuring integrity of all aspects of CDR exam processes and coordinate exam administration with faculty/staff and students. Will be adept at using all functions of 'Accommodate' CDR's on-line disability resource platform to manage the daily exam operations. They will help to train and support faculty in ongoing the use of 'Accommodate' as well as create and update training guides as needed. They will keep abreast of updates from Simplicity regarding upgrades to Accommodate. They will also be responsible for generating on- demand, semester, and year end reports regarding exam operations. In conjunction with the Coordinator of Services and Associate Director, this includes supervision of student and staff workers as well as training and scheduling of daily work responsibilities. Also responsible for troubleshooting and oversight of timely communications with faculty.Responsible for assessment activities related to exam services and be administrative back up for assistive technology and note taking assistance service areas of CDR. They will be knowledgeable and trained in these service areas and be ready to fill in based on operational needs.Participate in staff meetings and CDR activities, complete office projects and other duties as assigned.
