Client Community Manager

Our Client Community Manager is responsible for the administration, management, and growth of our online Client Community, where Intapp team members, clients, and Implementation Partners connect to share information.
This role will drive engagement of our online Client Community audience through the strategic planning and execution of Community initiatives and programs and the design of an overall engagement and content strategy.
What you'll do:
Own the administration of the Community platform including user management, site configuration and design, implementing updates and new features, and content creationCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to promote product releases and key product informationDevelop and implement content strategy and initiatives to strengthen our community base and increase engagementWork with internal teams to improve product enhancement requests process via the CommunityCreate reports and analyze Community data and metrics to identify trends and understand whether content strategy is effective and if we are engaging with clients in meaningful waysTest engagement techniques in order to boost participationEngage internal departments to participate on the Community site and share content with clientsTriage and escalate customer issues from the forum to the appropriate internal teamReview Community posts to identify opportunities for programs, communications, or other initiatives that would be of interest to client baseDevelop and maintain strong ongoing relationship with Community platform vendor to ensure Intapp is recognizing full value of its software investment by leveraging features effectively and implementing new functionality as releasedWhat you'll need:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceExperience in B2B community managementExperience in community platform management with a clear perspective for how to optimize and measure performance.
Experience with Google Analytics to be able to create reports and analyze data and data trendsAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and build consensusExperience as administrator of community software; strong preference for experience with the Gainsight Community platform.
Proficient in CSS & HTML in support of site designStrong written communication & verbal presentation skills (Writing samples will be requested during the interview process)What you will gain at Intapp:
