We have several large multi-year contracts in the
energy sector
which include surveying, civil site design and electric distribution design.
We take pride in being on the cutting edge of surveying and look for new and improved ways to serve our clients.
There is an immediate opening for an individual who has or is looking to work towards obtaining their L.S.I.T. certification.
Responsibilities:
Process data collected in the field by scanners, UAS, and LiDAR.
Complete base mapping using point files, angles, areas, or other information necessary, including interpretation of field notes.
Preparation of legal descriptions and plats to include boundary and easement plats.
Perform calculations for field staking.
Analyze field notes for consistencies.
Compile information necessary for client deliverables.
Perform records research for field/office job packages.
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of field survey and/or office experience.
Intermediate in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Excellent professional, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency in utilizing computers to include Microsoft Office (Publisher, Excel, Word, Outlook) Willingness to learn new software programs.
High School Diploma.
Valid California drivers license and acceptable DMV record.
Desirable Qualifications:
Some college course work or bachelors degree from accredited university in surveying, civil engineering, or related field.
