Key Responsibilities

  • Install security systems for residential and commercial clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport by offering superior care during home visits
  • Thoroughly plan and prepare each job to meet client specifications
  • Coordinate with customers prior to installation date to confirm schedules
  • Adhere to codes, rules, and regulations to ensure work meets requirements
  • Meet company benchmarks for productivity, quality, and safety measures
  • Follow wiring diagrams and procedures accurately
  • Test system operations and provide customer instructions
  • Handle paperwork efficiently for billing processes
  • Maintain inventory levels accurately
  • Train new installers on installation procedures

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience in construction, cable installation, or low voltage work preferred
