About the Job Title and Company:
At PARR, we are currently looking for a Director of IT to join our team in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role offers a base salary starting at $127k and can go up to $154k per year, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The working schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations, managing technology teams, and overseeing large IT projects
  • Proficiency in network security, systems administration, database administration, and more
  • Experience with Cloud services and project management principles
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and strong interpersonal skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and lead the IT Department
  • Provide strategic direction to infrastructure and software teams
  • Ensure data security and disaster recovery
  • Manage technology budget and participate in IT projects
  • Encourage employee growth and career advancement
  • Develop strong communication among teams
  • Maintain technical reports and support business operations

Working Conditions:
This role involves office and on-site work with occasional travel. Working hours typically range from 7 am to 5 pm, with extra hours and weekend work when necessary.
