Job Description:
- Drive the business with innovative ideas and strong leadership
- Manage forecasts, budgets, agency relationships, and key customers for Magnum
- Collaborate closely across innovation and operations to meet market demands
- Support brand strategies, marketing principles, and organizational values
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve brand goals and initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand plans for growth and profit targets
- Translate consumer insights into effective channel strategies
- Collaborate with customer and channel development teams
- Manage agency relationships for brand activities
- Analyze the competitive and customer environment
Requirements to Succeed:
- BA/BS degree required; MBA desired
- 2-3 years' experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in CPG
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Experience working with agencies and media partners
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and provide innovative solutions

The pay range for this position is $84,400 to $126,600. Bonuses and long-term incentives are also available.
