Position Overview

As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful implementation of assigned projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.), you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing all project deliverables. Additionally, you may offer assistance to senior Project Managers on more complex projects as required.



You will also take the lead in One R&D meetings for Portfolio Management with guidance from senior Project Managers and contribute to the enhancement of PMO processes and systems.



Responsibilities and Duties
  • Utilize PM tools and methodologies to establish project timelines and guide multifunctional teams in delivering projects to a high standard.
  • Use PM tools to create, monitor, and report on project status and plans.
  • Identify project resource requirements and collaborate with PM leaders to ensure adequate support.
  • Lead weekly cross-functional team meetings to address issues, share progress updates, and discuss action items, ensuring clear communication of agendas and project status.
  • Identify and escalate potential project conflicts and issues, reporting them to PM leadership for resolution and barrier removal.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct Lessons Learned sessions and communicate key findings, applying insights to future project management.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Over 5 years of project management experience in the CPG industry.
  • Experience in OTC or regulated product categories is a plus.
  • PMP Certification is a bonus.
