Operational Test Director

In this fully remote position based in Washington, D.C., you will be responsible for directing operational tests to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of crucial systems and processes. Your role will involve:

  • Leading the development and execution of Operational Evaluation Framework
  • Supporting assessments of various testing artifacts
  • Managing the costs, schedule, and performance of the OT&E program
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and keeping the Government informed of program status

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in engineering, science, information technology, or related field
  • Minimum of ten years of relevant experience
  • Deep understanding of Federal systems acquisition and test practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in relevant discipline
  • Experience with border security and sensor systems testing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other tools
  • Certification to the DHS T&E Certification Level II

Clearance Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Regular operation of office machinery and communication with team members
