Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to all customers.
  • Process credit loan applications and offer solutions to customers.
  • Maintain accurate office cash and security.
  • Maximize account volume through effective customer solicitations.
  • Handle delinquent debt by contacting customers.
  • Track and post payments to customer accounts in compliance with policies.
  • Handle money and deposits between the office and bank.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience required.
  • Successful completion of background checks.
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle.

Critical Competencies

  • Demonstrated passion for customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to relate well to various people.
  • Aptitude for a performance-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively.

Working Conditions

This position involves providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays and occasional overtime.
