  • The IQ Consultant shall prepare/coordinate as required on the following reports and documents:

  • Coordinate, review and update various reports including:
    • Quarterly Man-hour Reports

    • Quarterly Contractor Accident and Man-hour Reconciliations
    • Bi annual ACE Reconciliation Reports
    • Quarterly update of OSS TWU Inspection Findings
    • Quarterly Safety Goals and Action Plans
    • Quarterly Gasoline Placard Inspection Report to OSS
  • Create, coordinate and/or update databases, and produce reports as required, including historical
    capital project safety management information
  • Participate in design and construction progress and other meetings as required
  • Prepare various Power Point, Access and Excel and Word reports and presentation, including
    graphs, plots, etc.
  • Coordinate with PCEOs and other C&D and NYCT personnel as required
  • Support the administration of the CCM contract as required including coordinating/processing
    task orders, preparation of various reports and other related work
  • Assist Safety Management Directors as required
  • Other Capital Program support work as required
Job Requirements

Details:
  • Baccalaureate Degree
  • Three years of experience in budgeting, capital program support, business administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research, fiscal management, project coordination or a related field
  • Expertise in report preparation using Oracle Business Intelligence, Word, Excel, Access and Power Point are necessary
  • Ability to write clearly, communicate and organize project information and reports
  • Strong analytical and communications skills, as well as project coordination experience and/or working with construction field offices or design engineers is desirable
