Easterseals NH services include early childhood centers of excellence, medical rehabilitation, camping and recreation, vocational services, senior services, substance use treatment, adult day programs, community-based services, individual service options, transportation services, residential service options, and veterans services.

We are seeking a Scheduling Manager to join our Homemakers & Health Services team The individual in this key position will efficiently schedule and input appointments for new and existing clients

Responsibilities include:

  • Assign shifts to employees in multiple locations and areas across service lines while understanding the person specific requirement necessary to ensure the highest safety standards.
  • Extract and manage scheduling information in order to place employees on time-efficient schedules, avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure adequate shift coverage.
  • Communicate overtime needs with Managers and Directors.
  • Communicate with Managers and Directors regarding scheduling issues and concerns, and maintain appropriate reports.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to staff and employee personnel pertaining to changes in schedules.
  • Function as part of project team within and between service lines, working closely with managers, directors, and vice presidents.
  • Participate in regular management meetings. Communicate delivery system performance concerns and potential solutions for improvement.
  • Cross-train to learn and function in scheduling and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care or human services or
  • Eight (8) years' related experience
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and logistical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with multiple service lines and personnel
  • Strong data management skills and ability to develop effective new reporting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Hours:
This is a full-time, salaried position.

Compensation:
$50,000 annually.
