RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and reconcile financial records for multiple clients.

Prepare financial statements following GAAP guidelines.

Handle the preparation of sales tax and payroll tax returns, ensuring compliance.

Prepare year-end work papers to facilitate year-end processes.

Analyze financial records, identify variances, and conduct investigations as needed.

Create and analyze budgets and forecasts to support financial planning.

Prepare comprehensive financial packages for clients, providing valuable insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Min. 5 years of accounting experience in a senior role with a min. of 3 years experience working at a CPA firm

Excellent knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

Bachelors or master's degree in accounting

Strong technology, multitasking and communication skills

A positive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary:
$75,000 to $90,000 based on experience and achievement.

Bonus:
Annual bonus of up to 10% of the base salary based on company and individual performance.
