The Summit West SCE Role stands out as a pivotal sales position demanding substantial expertise in steering large indirect teams and fostering enduring client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a detailed account plan to cultivate long-lasting client partnerships aligned with various Insight pillars
  • Spearhead large indirect teams to meet strategic objectives emphasizing 'Client First,' 'Delivering Differentiation,' and fostering a champion culture that drives profitable growth
  • Showcase a customer-centric approach by presenting inventive ideas to clients to provide distinct value
  • Make use of executive sponsors and the Voice of the Customer process to define strategies and realize long-term aspirations
  • Operate efficiently in complex settings, steering both internal teams and clients towards success, regardless of the environmental dynamics
  • Adhere to Insight's Core Leadership Principles, focusing on promoting clarity, motivating individuals, demonstrating innovation, and driving results, along with showcasing determination, empathy, and harmony
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as SR, Portfolio, Services, Field Architecture, Product, CEP, ensuring interview consistency, and verifying 'Fit for Insight' and 'Fit for Role' suitability through behavior-based interviews using a uniform set of criteria/questions.

    What you'll need to succeed:
  • Extensive experience in strategic sales and overseeing large indirect teams
  • Demonstrated proficiency in devising and executing account plans to establish enduring client relationships aligned with multiple Insight pillars
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to present innovative ideas to clients for delivering distinctive value
  • Robust leadership capabilities aligned with Insight's Core Leadership Principles, focusing on clarity, motivation, innovation, and results, alongside showcasing determination, empathy, and alignment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective collaboration with key stakeholders such as SR, Portfolio, Services, Field Architecture, Product, CEP, etc.
  • Capability to thrive in complex environments, guiding both internal teams and clients towards success, irrespective of the environmental dynamics
  • Familiarity with frameworks like the Cynefin framework or Amazon's models for addressing complex environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferable)
