Primary Care Physician

West Pavilion Internal Medicine is searching for an Internist to join their dynamic team.
As a valuable member of the care team, you will work alongside Internists, Family Medicine Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, RN Care Managers, LMSW Social Workers, Pharmacy, and a group of efficient support staff.
To ensure top-notch patient care, the office has extended hours providing a flexible schedule. Call duties are assisted by a first-line nurse triage system, making on-call responsibilities very manageable. Lab and imaging services are conveniently available within the facility.

Ascertains and oversees the medical requirements of patients and their significant others. Offers high-quality medical services to patients in a cost-effective, suitable manner while ensuring coverage of the caseload consistently.
Contributes to the formulation of policies and procedures related to medical practices and quality patient care. Assesses the educational needs of patients, significant others, and staff, and implements suitable teaching strategies or delegates when necessary.
Documents in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborates with other healthcare team members to guarantee care continuity and service coordination. Engages in ongoing process enhancement activities through the development and application of clinical pathways and other relevant initiatives. Actively collaborates with Spectrum Health to achieve financial and patient satisfaction objectives.
