The Front Royal Va facility is currently seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our Facility Support Team.This position will offer the opportunity to work with the engineering, maintenance, and production teams to develop and execute equipment and process reliability solutions.

Analyze equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends.
Conduct root cause analysis to determine underlying issue.
Develop, revise, and implement maintenance procedures.
Design and implement new procedures for monitoring and testing equipment.

Develop and implement training programs for employees.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that reliability is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus or certificate in Reliability.2 years of Reliability-related work experience.
