The Front Royal Va facility is currently seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our Facility Support Team.

This position will offer the opportunity to work with the engineering, maintenance, and production teams to develop and execute equipment and process reliability solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends.
Conduct root cause analysis to determine underlying issue.
Develop, revise, and implement maintenance procedures.
Design and implement new procedures for monitoring and testing equipment.
Research and implement new technologies that improve equipment performance and reliability.
Develop and implement training programs for employees.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that reliability is integrated into all aspects of the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus or certificate in Reliability.2 years of Reliability-related work experience.

Analytical thinking:
ability to think critically and logically, as well as the ability to work with large sets of data

Technical aptitude:
ability to develop a strong understanding of the equipment and processes at this facility. This includes the engineering principles specific to our equipment and processes.
Problem-solving: ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems

ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with others

Data management skills:
ability to use statistical analysis tools as well as the ability to interpret and communicate the results of the analysis

ability to identify potential hazards and take the necessary steps to mitigate them
