The entire provider team includes a mix of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, chiropractor, behavioral health professionals, general surgeons, dietitians, diabetes educators, and a respiratory therapist. We have exceptional support staff and many outreach specialty services provided weekly/monthly. Our beautiful clinic is directly attached to CHI St. Joseph's Health Area Services hospital and is in the heart of Minnesota Lake country.PRACTICE SPECIFICS:
