Trades Holding Company is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager/Marketing Analyst to enhance the effectiveness of our social campaigns while compiling marketing analytic insights to drive business improvements. This impactful hybrid role requires a deep understanding of social platforms, marketing analytics, and the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns for multiple business locations.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
  • Update social media content across various platforms.
  • Manage paid and organic social efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to drive meaningful engagement.
  • Engage with customers and followers.
  • Stay updated on social media trends.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management and content creators.
  • Use audience insights to guide content creation and targeting strategies.
  • Develop personas and audience segments to improve targeting and engagement.

Data Analysis and Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Internal data, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance and KPIs.
  • Extract insights from data analysis to optimize strategies and present them in a compelling narrative.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to refine and enhance strategies based on performance analysis.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in social media marketing and analytics.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of social media strategies.
  • Participate in training and professional development.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field a plus.

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing analytics

Proven experience with social media management and execution across platforms.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and tell a compelling story.- Familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics features.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
