Exciting Opportunity: Marketing Specialist

This role plays a significant part in supporting the sales and customer growth teams, ensuring seamless coordination of activities to drive business expansion and boost brand visibility. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for various essential tasks such as sales support, lead generation, marketing coordination, customer engagement, and enhancing marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, prospecting, and managing customer relationships.
  • Create sales collateral, support in sales meeting preparations, and offer customer assistance to the business development team.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales materials that are consistent with brand messaging.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, ensuring high quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Generate and manage marketing content for the website, social media platforms, email newsletters, brochures, and other customer communications.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of customer events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate trade show marketing materials, logistics, and oversee event schedules.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Support customer engagement programs, including surveys, feedback collection, and customer appreciation initiatives.
  • Utilize various tools and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Produce reports on the results and impacts of marketing initiatives and provide suggestions for enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing coordination.
  • Proficiency in content creation and management tools like WordPress, Mailchimp, and Canva.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.
