Responsibilities of the *IT Help Desk:

  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction
  • Repair tablets and computers
  • End-user satisfaction is highest priority
  • Resolve customer requests in a timely manner
  • Work independently and as team
  • Ensure requests are dispatched to the intended resource
  • Manage time and expense reports as requested

Qualifications of *IT Help Desk:

  • IT certifications and previous experience in a technical role is a plus

  • Experience using Microsoft Server/Office
  • Ability to run diagnostics and communicate technical issues to customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
