Description

Responsible for obtaining high quality echocardiographic images according to department standards, policies, and procedures. Should be able to identify abnormal cardiac findings and diseases to prepare reports for cardiologists. Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and excel in patient care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an approved Sonography school
  • Registered Sonographer ARDMS, CCI, RDCS or RCS in adult Echocardiography
  • 2 years' experience in adult echocardiography preferred
  • Credentialing must be obtained within one year, if required
