Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team for a travel assignment in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week travel assignment for a Physical Therapist to work in a state-of-the-art facility in Ohio. As a Physical Therapist with Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your clinical skills in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and document patient progress.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio.
  • One to three years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a travel or per-diem setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
