Main Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy:
- Support field leadership in streamlining operational imperatives
- Implement HQ strategies in the region
- Partner with regional leaders to enable revenue goal attainment
Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline and optimize processes
- Enhance customer satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster alignment between departments
- Define actionable plans and lead successful initiatives
Performance Metrics:
- Develop dynamic reporting and KPI dashboards
- Analyze data to drive business reviews
Customer Experience:
- Implement processes to maintain customer satisfaction
Budget Management:
- Help manage operations budget
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience in sales and commercial support functions
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization
- Strong presentation skills
- Success in matrixed organizations
Preferred:
- Influence all levels of the organization
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing complex dashboards
- Customer-focused with interpersonal skills
Required Education:
- BS or BA Degree in Business or Operations
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in similar fields
