Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals with outstanding debts via phone calls
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements
- Utilize financial software to track and manage accounts
- Handle accounts payable transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency in debits and credits
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Follow up on delinquent accounts
Requirements:
- Previous experience in collections or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of financial concepts and practices
- Familiarity with medical billing processes and ICD10 coding
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types:
